Robing 4:30-4:50 p.m.
Medallion Ceremony 5-5:30 p.m.
Group photo shoot 5:30-5:45 p.m.
Begin lining up 5:45 p.m. to march at 6 p.m.
Light dinner will be served.
May 10 - Fauquier Commencement Ceremony - Faculty and Platform Party Schedule
Faculty/Platform party arrive 8:45 a.m.
Robing 8:45-9:15 a.m.
Group photo shoot 9:15-9:45 a.m.
Begin lining up 10 a.m. to march at 10:30 a.m.
Light breakfast will be served.
Group Photos
College Board group photos will be taken:
- May 9, immediately following the Medallion Ceremony, at 5:30 p.m. in the William H. McCoy Special Events Center (located inside the Alson H. Smith Jr. Technology Center)
- May 10, at 9:45 a.m. in rooms 210/216 at the Fauquier Campus
We will also take a group photo of the platform party in the same location. All photographs will be taken with participants wearing their regalia.
Parking Information
To help ensure that you are able to access the parking lots quickly, efficiently and safely, we are asking for your assistance. You are asked to park in a designated section of the parking lot. Please view the parking map and note the section marked in tan. Please park in this area during the Commencement ceremony. The only way to gain entry into this area is by having either an LFCC-issued special Commencement parking pass or a DMV-issued handicapped permit. Thank you.
