Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given if a course is cancelled, if a student withdraws 2 days prior to the course, or for mitigating circumstances. Requests for voluntary withdrawls should be made at least two working days "prior" to the course. Call (540) 351-1520 or 1524.

Senior Citizens
Senior citizens (60 years of age or above) may take a non-credit course for free. Tuition is free based on space available. Please call (540) 351-1520 or 1524 to inquire.

Tuition Payment
To reserve your seat in the class, it is requested that payment accompany your registration form. Tuition fee is clearly identified to the right of the course title. A student parking/activity fee is required "unless" denoted with a * beside the tuition.

Registration Form

The Registration Form is available in Portable Document Format (.pdf). In order to view and print the Registration Form, Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 3.0 or higher) must be installed on your computer system. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you will need to download and configure your free copy before working with the Application for Admission. This is a one-time process which will permit you to view and print .pdf formatted publications on the Web.
