Registration Information

Office Hours
The Middletown Campus Workforce Services Office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given if a course is cancelled. Requests for voluntary withdrawls should be made three working days prior to the course unless noted otherwise in promotional information. A refund request may be made in writing (include course title, student name, student ID, and reason) or by calling the office. Refunds take three to four weeks to process.

Motorcycle Safety Course - 2 weeks notice for a full refund, less than 2 weeks notice but more than 5 business days notice partial refund, less than 5 business days notice no refund will be given.

All other courses require 3 business days notice for a full refund.


Senior Citizens
Senior citizens (60 years of age or above) may register in a non-credit course tuition free or basic class cost on a space available basis one day prior to the first class meeting.

Tuition Payment
To reserve your seat in the class, it is requested that payment accompany your registration form. Tuition fee is clearly identified to the right of the course title. A student parking/activity fee is required unless denoted with a * beside the tuition.

Registration Form

The Registration Form is available in Portable Document Format (.pdf). In order to view and print the Registration Form, Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 3.0 or higher) must be installed on your computer system. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you will need to download and configure your free copy before working with the Application for Admission. This is a one-time process which will permit you to view and print .pdf formatted publications on the Web. Your free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 is available on the Adobe Web site at http://www.adobe.com
