Karen Foreman has served Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) as the human resources manager since joining the College in October 2003. Foreman’s responsibilities include compensation, counseling, employment law, payroll, individual and organizational performance management, policies compliance and interpretation, recruitment and retention and training and professional development.
Before coming to LFCC, Foreman served as human resources manager at Fisher Diagnostics Inc., formerly known as Bayer Corporation. Her responsibilities in this role were similar to those in her current position.
Foreman holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Averett University.
